Lake Kabetogama is the gateway to Voyageurs National Park with access to Ash River, Namakan, Sand Point, Crane and Rainy Lakes plus the BWCA and Ontario's Quetico Provincial Park. International Falls is 30 miles to the north on U.S. Highway 53 as is Fort Francis, Ontario, Canada. Duluth, MN is 150 south. This is a four-season recreation area. The miles and miles of lakes and waterways offer world-class fishing from May-October then freeze over to welcome some of the best ice fishing around! Snowmobiling is a popular winter pastime with access to many miles of trails in both Minnesota and Ontario.
